Each contact within nCall can have an unlimited number of message delivery options. Each Message Action allows you to specify How(email, sms, fax and phone relay), When (immediately, daily, weekly,monthly) and What (last message, messages from previous n minutes/hours/days/weeks). Different delivery options may also be triggered by the type (incoming/outgoing) and priority of the message.
