nCall Data Management DLL

This optional module, free to all clients with active support, adds the ability to export, import, validate and anonymise data e.g. message content contain ePHI or personal sensitive data for HIPAA or GDPR reasons. Other features include easy merging of data from other nCall users in case you wish to work with another nCall business to share the night time load.

Using the Tidy feature, old data can be expunged from the database either for performance or sensitivity reasons (again for HIPAA / GDPR compliance).
