nCall v4.2 released

nCall v4.2 has been released. This small incremental release is primarily aimed at performance and styling.  Customers with client and contact notes of considerable size (i.e. if the notes where printed they would contain many multiple pages of multiple fonts, colours, tables, and HTML links etc) who are running on lower spec PCs should see a useful gain.
