Initial work included developing and supporting software products for government rail safety initiatives, such as the “Black Box” project.
In 2003, nSolve created nCall for a local telephone answering service to allow them to efficiently handle a high volume of calls for a variety of clients. It turned out that high quality and affordable call handling software was in demand!
nCall is now used by answering services, virtual receptions and inbound call centres all over the world and is nSolve’s leading software product.
The Oxford-based nSolve team is small, but you’d never know it. We’re 100% dedicated to our customers and work tirelessly to provide high-quality products and excellent service day after day.
David splits his time between developing nCall and handling all the administrative tasks that come with running a business.
Coming from an electronic engineering background, David has previously developed analysis software for Formula 1 teams, and train crash recorders, before renting an office above a small telephone answering company – the rest is history…
David’s motivation comes from designing software that improves work efficiency for the user, whilst remaining quick and intuitive.
David enjoys his spare time on the river, trying to make a boat move as quickly as possible. When he runs out of steam, he equally enjoys watching his daughters trying to do the same. We are based in Oxford, after all!
Paul supports the day-to-day development of nCall, and designs all the additional modules such as the nCallOnline portal, the nSolve Postcode Server and the nCall API Server.
Paul has over 20 years experience in rich MS-Windows applications, including working with David for over 10 years developing data analysis packages for World Championship winning Formula 1 teams, Benetton and Renault.
Paul thrives on providing so many businesses their core software product, whilst getting to know the incredible personalities behind each of them.
Paul also runs a small holiday cottage lettings business on his farm in Lincolnshire, but if he has any spare time, it’s spent with his family or at the track, kart racing!
Leo supports all nCall users with installation, setup and ongoing maintenance. Through working with, and listening to customers, Leo has helped shape the development of nCall.
Leo has over 15 years of telecoms IT support experience, including IT management at a telephone answering service in London.
Constantly inspired by our dedicated customers, Leo is driven to continue learning and finding solutions to new problems.
When the computers and telephones are switched off, Leo spends his time with family, or riding his motorbike across Europe with the wind in his hair.
