nCall Price List

nCall is very affordable, making it an attractive option for both those starting a new answering service or with an established business.

Prices are based on the number of 'seats'. The number of seats you need should be based on the maximum number of operators you would want to use nCall at one time.

Rental:

For 5 seats or more we offer a rental option which includes continuous support, maintenance and upgrades.

For 5 seats: US $79/month/operator.
Over 5 seats discounts are available - contact us for your exact requirements.

Please note we require an initial 6 months rental payment, with no further payment until month 6 and then quarterly payments there after.

Outright purchase

Once purchased these licences are perpetual, ie. you own them and can continue to use them forever.

5 seats or less - US $1900 per seat
Over 5 seats - discounted price, based on number of seats.

Flexible payment options:

Option 1:

40% of Licence Price prior to installation
60% 30 days after installation

Option 2 (for 3 or more licences):

40% Licence Price prior to installation
30% 2 months later after installation
30% 4 months later after installation

Please note, a small administration charge will be applied for Option 2.

Optional Annual Subscription:

The above prices includes 12 months free Subscription to our Support, Maintenance and Upgrade Package. After the first year you have the option of continuing with your Annual Subscription. This is priced at 15% of the current licence price.

Installation and Setup

This is priced at $325/site. We remotely install the software and link it up to your phone system.

Additional Services

To get the most out of nCall and take advantage of all its great features, we recommend the following additional services:

Training:

Our standard training package is priced at $475.00. This includes up to 7 hours remote training. We also offer advanced training packages.

Data Import:

If you are an existing answering service, we can also assist in the transfer of customer data from your existing system. Data Import is priced from $400.00.
