nSolve is a UK software development company based in London, England. David Perkins founded nSolve in 1998 and retains his position as Technical Director. David has an impressive technical background including devising and delivering sophisticated IT solutions to the motor racing industry and also working successfully with government rail safety on the “black box” projects.

David looks back fondly at his time working with Benetton in Formula One and notes that when your client is Michael Schumacher, you learn fast about attention to detail and delivering customer satisfaction in a speedy manner!

In 2003, nSolve developed the nCall Telephone Answering Service software solution. nCall was developed to help telephone answering service providers to ensure that their operators answered the telephone in the most professional manner for their clients. The software then evolved to ensure that all operators had all of the necessary client information at their fingertips - as soon as the telephone began to ring. Later evolutions automated the call handling activity – dramatically reducing operator errors and freeing up the operators to handle a much higher volume of calls.

Since 2003, there has a major new release of nCall every year (as well as the regular maintenance releases designed to connect to new PABX & TAPI solutions etc). These releases are driven by feedback and specific enhancement requests from our worldwide clients as well as innovations from our R&D investigations.

For example, the latest version in 2007 will support remote operator handling and will feature a brand new Diary Management Suite.
